We stand behind everything we sell, even if it’s had a previous life.
We know secondhand items come with a little character—and we believe your experience shopping with us should come with a lot of kindness.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please reach out. Whether it’s a defect, a surprise issue, or just didn’t work out the way you hoped, we’ll do our best to make it right.
NO-HASSLE RETURNS
UNUSED ITEMS (AS-IS, UNWORN, UNTESTED)
If the item is unused and in the same condition it was when you received it, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of your confirmed delivery or in-store purchase.

USED OR OPENED ITEMS
We understand—sometimes it takes getting something home to realize it’s not quite right. If you’ve used or tested the item and found it to be defective, non-working, or unexpectedly damaged, let us know within 14 days.
We will offer you a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the issue and item type.
Just send us a short message describing the problem and (if possible) include a clear photo of the issue.
We believe in fair outcomes, not red tape.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Items damaged in transit are eligible for free replacement or full refund, as long as you provide a clear photo of the damage and packaging.

ITEMS SOLD “AS-IS”
Some secondhand items are sold “as-is” and clearly marked in the listing or on the tag. These are final sale, but if a significant issue was not disclosed, please reach out—we still want to help.
LOCAL RETURNS & IN-STORE PURCHASES
For local customers, returns can be made in-store during business hours. Please bring your receipt or order number, and we’ll take care of you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We currently do not offer international shipping or returns.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. From there, you can choose between:
ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
Refunds to your original payment method typically take 5–7 business days to process.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, contact your bank or card provider. If the issue continues, please reach out to us directly.
STORE CREDIT
Want to try something else instead? We’re happy to issue store credit for the return value.
Store credit is immediate and never expires.
