Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow some time for a refund to process. We strive to process all refunds in a timely manner but have no control over the speed credit card or banks process transactions.
Shipping returns
Please contact us via our contact form with your Order ID and reason for return. Please be sure to give us a correct email address so we can contact you.
When an order is approved for return we send you a shipping label to print and apply to the original package your item came in.
Be sure to package your item exactly as you received it so it can arrive to us safely. We cannot refund returns that arrive to us broken.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot cover returns for lost returns.
