Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a unique and enjoyable shopping experience. Here is a rundown of our 30 day return and refund policy.

  1. Broken or Defective Products: If you receive a broken or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival. Instead of returning the item, simply contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll be thrilled to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

  2. Unused Item Returns: We accept returns for unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if the product has been used, even just once, we won’t be able to accept the return. So, keep it fresh and unused for a hassle-free return experience.

  3. Wrong Item Sent: In the rare event that we sent you the wrong item(s), size, and/or gender, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please send us a photo of the unused item or the unopened box using our contact form. Once we receive the photo, we’ll promptly email you a free return label and send the correct item(s) right away. Remember, we can only accept returns within one month from the day of package delivery.

Important Note: If a returned item is found to not be in the condition it was sent to you in, the refund will be rejected. Additionally, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to prevent any future orders from customer’s who abuse our return policy.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of these items we cannot accept returns, and so all digital purchases are final.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow some time for a refund to process. We strive to process all refunds in a timely manner but have no control over the speed credit card or banks process transactions.

You will receive a label for an approved return for you to print and apply to the original package your item came in. 

Be sure to package your item exactly as you received it so it can arrive to us safely. We cannot refund returns that arrive to us broken.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot cover returns for lost returns.
