1. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order before proceeding to checkout. Simply click on the circled X button next to the item you wish to remove. You can also use the – or + buttons to decrease or increase your chosen quantity for items that have multiples available.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We use PayPal as our payment processor and everything is completely handled by them.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping on our eBay store, and strictly U.S. shipping here. For international shipping please shop our eBay store.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy for broken, incorrect, and unused orders. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We provide the shipping label for you to print. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

6. Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. All personal information provided during the checkout process is encrypted and handled securely by PayPal. We do not store any of it.

8. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship items the same day if orders are placed before 3:30pm central time. If not then they are shipped the next day.

9. How do I apply a coupon code?

Use the Apply Coupon field and button on this page to use a coupon with your order. Valid coupons will show the discount.

10. How does Local pickup work?

Select shoppers near our store will see Local pickup as an option. When you select this you will pick up your order at our store. You will be able to text or call us to let us know you have arrived to pick up your order and we will bring it out to you. You may pick up your order an hour after it is placed, between the hours of 9am and 9pm. For your convenience we offer a 30 day pickup window in which you can come and pick up your item.

11. What discounts do you offer?

We currently offer a 10% discount on orders with more than 1 items, and another discount to fellow Iowans that can be applied to a cart with the coupon code “iowa”.
