This item is in used condition, with 2 small dents on the metal outside of the server which you can see in the last photo, and another small one to the right of those. There are minor markings also on the outside that are shown in the photos. The glass thermal piece is in great conditon. There are 3 circlular spots on it from the manufacturing process, and are not user wear. The box and user manual are also in good condition.

The container shows some wear and rust on the metal but the white porcelain is clean and intact.
